Legal Notice and Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 21, 2026

This document governs access to and use of the Neos Terra website, as well as the general terms for contracting the travel services that the agency markets and intermediates. By browsing the site and/or contracting our services, the user declares having read and accepted these terms.

1. Owner identification

The owner and party responsible for this website is NEOS TERRA S.A.S. (Simplified Joint-Stock Company), trade name “Neos Terra — Viajes a Medida”, Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71928365-5, with address in San Miguel de Tucumán, Tucumán, Argentina (ZIP T4000ENT).

2. Licensed travel agency

Neos Terra is a travel agency operating in accordance with Argentine National Law No. 18,829 on Travel Agents and its Regulatory Decree No. 2182/72, registered with the national tourism authority under File No. “[TO COMPLETE: EVT file number]”.

3. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern the use of the site and the contracting of travel services offered by the agency. Using the site and requesting bookings imply full acceptance of these conditions. If the user does not agree, they must refrain from using the site or contracting the services.

4. Intermediary role and liability

Neos Terra acts as an intermediary between the traveler and the service providers (airlines, hotels, wholesale operators, transport companies, travel assistance companies and other suppliers). As such, it neither owns nor directly operates those services.

The agency's liability is governed by Law No. 18,829 and by the International Convention on Travel Contracts (Brussels, 1970), approved by Law No. 19,918. The agency shall not be liable for breaches, delays, cancellations or modifications attributable to providers, nor for acts of God, force majeure, weather conditions, decisions by authorities or any other cause beyond its control.

5. Prices, bookings and payment

Published prices are shown for reference with the “from” label, are subject to availability and to confirmation at the time of the actual booking, and may change without notice due to providers or to currency, tax or fare variations.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, fees, surcharges or withholdings that may apply under current legislation and the contracted destination. The final conditions of each service are detailed upon confirmation and payment.

6. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Cancellations, changes and refunds are governed by the particular conditions of each provider (airlines, hotels, operators and insurers) and may generate costs, penalties or administrative charges. The agency will inform such conditions in each case and process requests with providers, without guaranteeing outcomes that depend on third parties.

7. Traveler documentation

It is the traveler's sole responsibility to hold valid and compliant personal and immigration documentation (ID, passport, visas, minor travel permits, vaccination certificates and other requirements demanded by destination, transit and origin countries). The agency may provide guidance but is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to missing or incorrect documentation.

8. Travel assistance insurance

Travel assistance insurance appropriate to the destination and trip duration is recommended. For certain destinations it may be mandatory under local regulations. Coverage, exclusions and conditions are those set by the insurance company in its policy.

9. Personal data protection

Personal data provided by the user will be processed in accordance with Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data, for the purpose of handling inquiries, bookings and the commercial relationship. The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of their data.

The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the enforcement body of Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules.

10. Consumer protection

Consumer relations are governed by Law No. 24,240 on Consumer Protection. For contracts entered into at a distance, the consumer has a right of withdrawal within ten (10) calendar days, under the terms and exceptions set out in that law.

In case of any issue, the consumer may file their claim through the Federal Single Window for Consumer Protection (Ventanilla Única Federal de Defensa del Consumidor).

11. Intellectual property

The site's contents (texts, images, logos, trademarks, design and other elements) are the property of Neos Terra or their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property law. Their unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from the use of the site or the contracting of services, the parties submit to the ordinary courts of the city of San Miguel de Tucumán, Province of Tucumán, without prejudice to the jurisdiction that may apply under public-order consumer rules.

13. Contact

For any inquiry regarding this document, the user may contact the agency through the channels published on the site.
