Right of withdrawal

If you contracted a service with Neos Terra at a distance (online, WhatsApp, email or phone), you can withdraw from the contract within 10 calendar days of entering into it, at no cost or liability, under section 34 of Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24,240. No registration is required.

Some services have a specific date or period of performance (for example, certain tickets, accommodation or admissions) and may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under section 1116 of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code. If that applies to you, we will let you know when we reply.
